First lovely spring day in 2010

Hello everybody,

Here am I again. Sitting in the sun with a nice breeze. Chance is playing in the water and Cyn is sitting next to me, busy with her phone. Normally I would be in school today but that will not be happening for a while. I have to take a lot of rest and time for myself since the doctor told me to take it easy because I have a burn out. I have been doing a lot of things the last few months and it all was to much. All the work, school, internship and the stuff at home. It all is to much for me so now I have to enjoy. Take a lot of rest and find myself again. Especially that last thing is important. I still feel not fine at all and there will be a lot of things I have to change before it all is right again.

But now I am enjoying a lovely afternoon with Cyn and Chance, my 2 girls. Chance really loves the water and it dragging a lot of things into the water to play with. It's such a funny dog.

At home I am busy with my computer... finally. It's been so slow the last few months that I did not use it for a while. Now I deleted a lot of things. Hopefully it will be a little faster. When not I am afraid that maybe I have to replace it. That would be very bad because not 3 years ago Cyn upgraded my computer so it was faster. It was nice to have that computer back then. Now I am using my laptop more that my computer but I would love to play some games with it again.

Cyn is now playing with Chance. So lovely. I think we will be walking back soon. And there is still so much to tell so I think I will be writing more when I get home.

Cheers

---------------------------------------------------------------

Later this day. I am at home now. We just had dinner (Shoarma) and I am sitting on the couch with a beer and watching Grey’s Anatomy. After our walk with Chance Cyn and I did some grocery shopping. Cyn took a four-pack of honey beer for me and I love it (That’s what I am drinking right now). Chance is laying on the couch. Enjoying her evening of rest. My head is aching and spinning and I do not know why. I feel angry but I don’t know why. I felt like this while we were walking and back then I also did not know why. Why am I angry. Why am I feeling this. I feel like hitting something very hard. I just had a phone call from Marc from school. He is the person who to turn to for you internship and since I am sick at home with my burn out. He wanted to make an appointment so we could have a talk together with Arjen from my internship. They want to have a look at the situation and they want to find a solution. I really don’t feel like having a conversation about this all AGAIN. I have been talking to people about it a lot. They want to know what’s wrong, why it’s happening and how to solve it. Like it’s a situation you can solve in a day. I just want to feel rested, to smile again, have fun and feel good. And now… now I had my phone call with Marc, now I feel that I can start with feeling better. I know it’s ridiculous that my rest depends on a phone call from Marc but deep inside I will be dealing with it, even when I don’t want to. And he is such an ass. He promised to call me on Monday and it’s now Thursday and he called. That’s only 3 days later then promised. I really hope he will be there next Wednesday on the appointment because I heard from my classmates that sometimes he does not show up on an appointment. Ow I hate my mind. I feel like hitting something again.

Something nice now. Yesterday evening we went to the cinema. To Alice in Wonderland 3D. it really is a wonderful movie and afterwards we had our own after party at our place with some beers/wine and another movie. Our neighbor joined us to the cinema and the after party. We had a great time. He also had dinner at our place and Cyn made something new called: “Hollands pannetje”. It tasted really good and I think we have to fight for the extra meal she made. haha.

I will post this now. I don’t feel like typing a blog anymore so I think I have to start a new blog another time very soon. I am sorry people but I am not feeling ok atm and I need some time for myself to figure some things out.

Have a nice evening you all!

Schoolwork and stuff

Hello people,

It’s been a long, long time ago since my last post. I know but I have been very busy lately with school and work. When I am home I am doing my homework and when I am not doing my homework I am going to work at the MacDonalds Cuijk or I am going to school.

McDonalds Logo

I am having a lot of fun working at the MacDonalds with alot of nice colleague’s. Making friends at the Mac is going fast. Everybody is nice and making jokes. I am mostly working in the evening on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

School is giving me a hard time. Especially Eric who gives me MOV. He is giving alot of homework and I cannot keep up with it. But I understand what I am doing. I am now working, well… was working, on my homework of last Thursday and soon I will start my homework for next Thursday. I am happy he is not at school the 5th of November so I can finish my homework in the autumn break. Marc is still working on our internship. So I am also waiting for that. Hopefully it’s done soon so I can start my internship.

Cyn is working at her new job now and is enjoying it. I am happy she likes her new work. Within a few months she is running her own department at the store in Erp. I know she can do it. I am happy for you sweetheart.

I won with the pin tournament at the MacDonalds so now I am the one who may choose somebody from the kitchencrew who may join me with the bowltournament. To bad Kim G or Ben cannot join me. They are the 2 I am talking too most of the time. Now I choose Anoek to join me. I believe Annemieke is joining us from the management. Hope we are having a great time the 26th and… of course… that we will win. Cyn gave me alot of tips over the time. She learned me alot about bowling and now I can do it a lot better than I used to.

I think I will be doing my homework now because otherwise I can’t finish it today. Tonight is my night off from schoolwork so I want to finish this soon.

My life back

Hello people.

FINALLY... I have my life back. Everything is back into place. Well... Almost. I am almost there.

Last Monday I had my second interview for the job at the McDonalds. And there they told me I got the job. I will get a contract for a min. of 3 hours a week for 4 months. After that I will get a contract of a year when they are happy with my work. So that already rocked my world. i was so damn happy with that news.

That Tuesday I got a phonecall from ROC-nijmegen. They wanted to make an appointment for an intake interview. We planned it for today around 1pm. So today I went to the school for the interview and... what do you think. The interview did not last more than 5 minutes and after the interview they told mee I could start my education and not in the first year. No way... I will start in the second year. They wanted me to start in the third year but there are no students in the third year so that's why I am starting in the second year. I don't care. It gives me time to get back to some things I maybe do not remember anymore.

But as you understand I am totally happy now. I am going to school and I have a job and on top of all the: Cyn is also having a new job. Everything will be fine again. I have my life back.

Tomorrow I have my first day and then I will receive my school schedule. I think the lessons will start at Monday which gives me a little time to order the schoolbooks I am going to need. They will email me the list with schoolbooks so I am now waiting for that.

That's it for now people.
Drink something for me!!

Aaaaaah

Ow I hate this. I am reallly annoyed by everything at the moment. Why on earth isn't anything going right here.

First of all: How hard is it for ANY venture to hire me. I need a job and after 46 vacancies there is still nothing. Most ventures do not even bother to reply. They don´t care. The others just hire somebody else or give the job to somebody intern. It´s so not fair. Now I am waiting for 26 verntures to reply in the last month. I only had 1 interview. 1!!!!!! out of 26!!!! it´s absurd.

Second of all: I signed in for a schoolperiod of 4 years and even they are not replying to me. The people of the student department are in the school since the 1st of September. They are looking into the last forms now and I will hear something of them within 2 weeks. When I don't hear anything I have to call again. The best thing of all is that the school will start next Monday. I hate it to miss some schooldays but I have no choice. I don't even know if I can go to school again.......

Third of all: Money. Where the hell am I going to get the money to live. No job. And because I am not hearing a thing from school I don't know to look for a partime or a fulltime job. I don't know if I need to sign in for the "bijstand" as we call it here in the Netherlands. I also cannot sign in for "StuFi" (the organisation "IB-groep" "lent" students money to pay there study. The money they lent is StuFi) I just have to wait with nothing.

I really hate this all. Everybody is having jobs and new jobs and is earning money and me.... I have to do everything with nothing and nothing at all. It's not that I want to complain or want that people feel sorry for me but that is sure one thing I do not want. I just want to scream this all out and have it out of my system. It's making my insane and angry and annoyed and shall I carry on with the list?

I sometimes wish I could fall asleep and not wake up for a long, long time. Or wake up and everything is fine again. I just HATE this life I am living now. I am not good for anything, ow wait, I am good for the groccery shopping and the cleaning.....

And I think... In the end. The biggest thing I am feeling is fear.. Fear for what is going to come next.

Welcome to my life - Simple Plan

Happy and tears

Hello everybody,

Yesterday I got the surpise of my life. Yesterday afternoon Cyn's parents would be back from vacation and that morning Cyn and I headed for their home to bring their little pigheaded tekkle back. He was happy to be at home again. Cyn and I headed for the mall in Dukenburg because I still had problems with my cellphone and Cyn did still not have answer on her question. After that we bought ourselfs something to eat and looked around a bit. Around noon we headed back to her parent's place to await their arrival. We read some more and waited. They arrived around 1pm. We helped to unload the car and not much later Cyn was gone with her mom. The had to do something but I really had not any idea what. But it was okay. I would wait here with the book I started reading: John Bartel Jr. It's a book Gert-Jan gave me to read. I really like it. Cyn and her mom were away for almost 2 hours. When they got back they were still reading. I said: hey sweety but I did not look up. Until I got something on my lap. It was a big box. When I looked at it I saw that it was a laptop. When Gerry entered the room she had a laptop backpack. I was in tears. They bought me a new laptop, a laptop backpack and a USB mouse. And all because I was going back to school (when they let me) and need to study alot. Cyn told me I should be working with this computer at least 4 years. I just could not stop thanking them. It's so sweet. It's an Acer Aspire 7735ZG. 17,3" HD+ LED LCD, 4GB DDR3 Memory, 320GB HDD. I am really, really, REALLY happy with it and I still don't know what to say.

Thank you so very much Cyn and Ger. I am very happy with it and I will make you proud with it.

Damn... why me

Hello everybody,

This afternoon I received a phonecall from the Rabobank (that's the company where I have my bankaccounts) with the question if I used my credit card in Australië for over 850 euro's. In the beginning of July they found me in Dominican Republic (which is true) and a few weeks later I was in Australië. This is sooo not true. Somebody stole the information on my credit card and is now using it. The Rabobank blocked the creditcard and I don't have to pay the costs 'till further notice. They start an investigation and if they find out it was me I have to pay. Otherewise it's not my "problem". They will send me some papers to sign and a new credit card. I had to break this one in 2.

Ow I so hate this. It's not fair. Now I am thinking and thinking. Was it really not me? I mean. Didn't I do something stupid on the internet. I am sure I did not but still it makes me think. I know I have to stop this because I did not buy things for over 850 euro's in Australië. Never been there and maybe never will. Who knows but I wasn't there for sure this year.

I really hope everything will be fine in the end.....

with love

The first few days on DR

Hello people,

Here I am again with my sight on the first few days. First I want to tell you that from now on all the times mentioned in the blogs are local time DR, unless noted otherwise.

The next morning we woke up early, before 6 a.m. we were up and running. Well… Cyn and Geo were. I just did not want to get out of bed. Geo was trying to get his internet connection up and running while Cyn smsed Wimpy. Not much later the phone rang and I took it (I needed to get out of bed for that hihi). It was Wimpy. He told me that he would be at our resort around 7.15 a.m. and he asked us to wait for him at the reception. So Geo did some real clothes on and we went for the reception. We had to wait for a while but then there he was. The famous Belgium guy haha. We agreed to talk with each other on Wednesday again. We had all the time of the world since we are staying 3 weeks (ok that makes it not “all the time of the world” but more “3 weeks”). When Wimpy left we almost ran to the breakfast area. We were really, really, really hungry (not that weird because in the Netherlands it was over 12 O’clock). We enjoyed our first breakfast. After breakfast we investigated our resort. Walked around and tried to find the playa (beach). When we finally found the beach Cyn and I went into the water to check how hot it was. It was really lovely and warm.

Photobucket Photobucket

After a while we walked back to our room to collect the swim stuff. We went to the swimming pool closest to the reception. It has a poolbar. Our resort has 4 pools. the first one is closest to the SPA. There is no bar, only some chairs and a little pool. The second one is the one where we were at the moment. the one with the poolbar and close to the snack place with the name “Pikalo”. Here you can get pizza, frites, hamburgers, cheese soufflé and kipnuggets. The 3rd pool is a lot bigger and above the water is a big round building which is the bar. the 4th (and last) isn’t a pool actually but it’s a bar with 4 jacuzzi’s around it. Normally it’s very quiet over there (not when there are some Frensh fishes around). But back to the story. After some time resting, chilling and drinking at the poolbar it was time to go to the reception again for our Neckermann meeting with Laurent. He is our travel agent these 3 weeks. He told us a bit about the country, about the leaving details (far, far away) and he told us again and again not to book any tours with other operators. After the meeting we walked back to our seats. We went in the pool for a while en enjoyed the sun until we were feeling a bit hungry. We walked over to Pikalo for some frites and pizza. It tasted great. Back at our seats we enjoyed the sun some more. Not much later we took our towels and stuff and walked over to the jaccuzi’s.

Photobucket

Usually it’s quiet over there but not this time. There were some Frensh girls who were talking like a group of chickens. Man! what a noise. We sat there for almost the rest of the afternoon. When we got back to the room the maid was cleaning our room. So Cyn and I waited outside. Geo walked in to use the toilet (which wasn’t working ok, there is a lot of paper stuck in there). When the maid was ready we walked in to change clothes and put the towels down. Cyn and I still needed a toilet visit but we couldn’t use our own. 5 minutes told Geo us. But after 30 minutes it was still 5 minutes. Finally he was ready. When we were outside and 5meters away from our room Geo found out he forgot his camera. Aaaaaaah. Cyn and I walked over to the toilet and he walked back to get his camera. There was only 1 toilet working so I waited for Cyn to finish so I could use it. When I came out of the toilet only Geo was standing there. No Cyn. What the heck happened this time. We walked back to the room but Cyn was not there. I told Geo to wait at the room and went to look for Cyn. Geo gave me the key card. I did not find her and when I wanted to enter the room the card wasn’t working. Geo had given me a towelcard instead of the room card. What a ****. Cyn was not far away from me and not much later she entered the room as well. In the end it was all about the key card. There was a crack in it and Geo was blaming Cyn. But Cyn did not do it. The card was just old. After all this Cyn and I ended up reading in front of the room. Around 6p.m. we walked over to the place where we had dinner. But you can eat after 6.30p.m. so we waited at Pikalo with a drink. We also watched some Spanisch guys who were trying to build a pyramid of people.

Photobucket

Not long after that it was time for dinner. We really enjoyed it. Back at the room we took a shower. After that we did some chill out and then it was sleeping time. We were still not getting used to the time difference. Geo took so much place in bed that Cyn slept on the other bed. That night he was pushing me out of the bed so I told myself to take the other side of the bed Cyn was sleeping in next night. In the middle of the night Geo his phone began ringing. Somebody in the Netherlands was calling him (it was 7-8 O’clock in the morning in the Netherlands). Grrrrrrrrr. He switched his phone off after that. The next morning we woke up at 6.30a.m. After changing clothes and collecting our beach/swim stuff we headed for breakfast. On our way to breakfast we jumped on a car which brought us to our destination. After breakfast, Cyn and I headed for the toilet and Geo for the towelservice. When we were finished it was time to go to the beach. We looked for a shadowplace and walked over to the water again. Geo was doing his so called “salted-water-therapy” and Cyn and I were playing with the bal she brought along. Back at our seats we had to move our seats again because of the turning of the sun we were in the sun again. In the shadow again Cyn and I got our books and read some pages. Geo had his “siesta”. After a while Cyn and Geo went to the sea again and when they got back Cyn and I got us something to drink at the beach house: Club del Playa. In the afternoon we headed for the swimmingpools. At the shower was a long (read very, very long) line so we thought: we will take the next one. On our barefoot we walked on the hot, hot, very hot tiles. Now we know why there was such a line at the first shower. Never making that mistake again. At the swimmingpool we dumped our towels and headed for lunch. Cyn was talking to a German girl and later with an English guy while she was waiting for her pasta. We will be seeing the German girl again later on that day. But more about that later. After the lunch we found out that it was very hot at the pool so we went to the 4 jaccuzi’s. Here we enjoyed the bubbles, a drink and a good book. The bartender (Manuel) got bored and served us with drinks a lot of times just to have something to do. Cyn her guts told her to go to the toilet so we asked me for the keycard and after half an hour she was back again. She took a shower as well because the sand was itchy. Later on we headed back to the pool at the snackbar. Here, Geo found back his water shoes which he lost before we left for the jaccuzi’s. We played with the ball in the water. The German girl and her (girl)friend we also in the pool. At the bar they were drinking and dancing on the bar stool. The bartender put a piece of ice in the friends short which made both girls jump over the bar for revenge. Later on they were kissing and 1 of the 2 lost her top which ended in 1 of the guys hands (and over his nippels….) At the end of the afternoon we changed clothes at our room and headed for dinner. My stomach did not like the food so Cyn got me some salad (so sweet). After dinner we walked a bit over the beach. On our way to the beach we saw the German girls again. The one Cyn had a talk with was still very nice (and drunk) the other one was snapping at us (will not repeat what she was calling us) which made the nice one say: I’m zowwy… (I’m sorry). After a nice walk we headed back to our room for some relax time and sleep.

The next morning Geo got up early for some fitness. Cyn and I got our books and were sitting in front of the room with our books. When Geo was gone Wimpy called and asked if we were joining him on the Carabic tour. That’s a BIG YES. The next morning we will be picked up around 6.20.

Photobucket

When Geo got back he took a shower and than it was time for some food. After breakfast we stayed at the pool closest by for a while. Later on Cyn and I ate some pizza and fries. After a while we went for the jaccuzi’s again where our bartender of the last day was working again. Here we relaxed some more and in the afternoon we went for the pool at the theater. Here we swum a bit and played with the ball. Around 5pm we went for our room again. All 3 we took a shower and when it was time for dinners we walked to the dinnerplace. After dinner we went to bed very soon.

The next morning it was early (take early and than a bit earlier). We packed our stuff the night before so it was putting some other clothes on and heading for the reception. The car was there at 6.30. The weather was dark but at the Dominican Republic that is not telling you a thing. The sun could be shinning fully within 10 minutes. We were the first ones. After we picked up 2 other couples we had to wait for Wimpy and with him some bad news. We were not doing the tour today. The captain of his boat had called and the weather was so bad that they could not board. So around 7am we were back at our hotel and we headed for some breakfast because that was something we did not do before we left. We had agreed to do the tour on Friday now if the weather was ok. After breakfast be brought our stuff back to the room and went back to the reception because at 9am Laurent of Neckermann would be there again. We wanted to buy some post cards and we wanted to pay a visit at the cigar factory. The weather was even worse than earlier that day. It was raining hard now. There was also a bar with a roof over it. Here we sat down to drink something and write our cards. Three for me (mother and sisters), 2 for Cyn (parents and work) and Geo one (Steph). Before it was 11 am we got some other stuff at our room. With a small van we were taken to the cigar factory. It’s owned by a German family. They showed us how they handmade the cigars. It was very small but nice to see.

Photobucket Photobucket

Photobucket Photobucket

I also bought a souvenir at the shop. Back at the resort we ate some fries, pizza and nuggets at Pikalo. Again it started to rain so we got our internet stuff and headed for the internetcafe. Here we posted the first pictures on Photobucket.com, mailed some people and posted a small blog at our blogs. After our internet adventure we went for the bar above the swimmingpool. Close by the theater. Here we enjoyed a drink and a game. When I needed to go to the toilet my point finger got stuck. It was bleeding and it hurts alot. Cyn told me to get some ice so I did but is was not stopping the bleeding. So we headed for the room so we could bandage it with a plaster. We sat at the bar till 17.15. Then we changed clothes at our room and headed for dinner. But they we still closed so we got ourselves something to drink at Pikalo. After dinner we went for a walk on the beach again. Cyn wanted some pictures of the undergoing sun.

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Back at our room we again relaxed a bit. Later than usually we closed our eyes. Up to the next day which will be remembered for a long, long (read very long) time. But more about that in my Next blog…. Yes I know, I am mean.

Shame on me...

Hello everybody,

I just wanted you to know that I am still working on the vacation diary. But the last few weeks were a bit hard for me. Still no work and I had only 1 interview after the vacation. It's so damn hard but I try to manage.

There is also a good thing happening for Cyn but I will be posting about that later on. When I am sure that it worked out for her.

Chance is doing fine too. Brutus is here now for 3 weeks so she has her playmate for 3 whole weeks. They are downstairs and I will be joining them soon. Geo is in Oeffelt and Cyn is working. I will put the clean clothes in the closet and will head downstairs to clean there and then... maybe... I have the time to finish my second post of the vacation. I also want to do the garden this afternoon so I have to put this puzzle together.

See ya all later

Back Home – Trip to DR

Hello Blogreaders,

We are back!!!!!! It was a long, long day yesterday and I am stil a little bit tired. I slept 1 whole hour in the plane which gave me some pain in my neck. But beyond that we had a great flight and landed in 1 piece on Schiphol. But this is the end of the vacation. Let’s start with the beginning.

We started our vacation with going to Nijmegen with Geo his van. From there Cyn her mom dropped us at Nijmegen Central Station where we took the train to Schiphol. This is a lot cheaper than going there with the car and keeping it parked there.

Photobucket

When we arrived at Schiphol we could almost check in immediately. We checked in on Departure 3 – Check in 20. When we were in the TAX-free area it was time for our usual place: the MacDo. We ate something and sat there for a while.

Photobucket

After that we walked around a bit before it was time to go to our gate which was gate D04. After the metal detector (and Cyn’s body check) we had to wait a little bit more before we could enter the plane. Finally in the plane. Finally our real trip to DR started with a flight of +/- 9 hours. When we sat down there entered 2 boys who took place behind us. The guy behind me did not know whether he liked to put his bag or his legs under my chair. dumb ass. First he asked me if I could remove my back so he could place his bag there. But there was space under his chair so I told him that. He told me I had to place my back in front of me because it was the rule and blahblahblah. After the instructions move (which showed that I had to put my back in front of me) he tried again. but THIS time it was because he did not have enough leg space. What the hell does he want. Well, my back ended in front of me and I was damn annoyed with this little man. After a lot of hours we first landed on Puerto Plata. Here we unloaded some people and loaded some people an kerosene. Than it was time to fly to Punta Cana. Here it was our stop.

Photobucket

Now we had to collect our baggage and check in with Neckermann, Who brought us to our resort: IFA Villas Bavaro Resort and SPA. After we checked in by the hotel they brought us to our room with a little car. (see the picture).

Photobucket

Finally in our room we were so tired. We went to bed immediately. After a long day we fell asleep like a little kid.

This was our first day. I will post more later.

Cheers,

Joyce

New blog from DR

Hello everybody,

I would like you all to know that we uploaded 109 new pictures on photobucket so everybody who wants to see them... well, just click on the link.

Yesterday we had our first tour with Wimpy. We did the Eco tour which gave us some insight in how the pour people live here. Man they are so pour. We went to a few villages and a school. I will post a bit more about this tour when we get home. Than I can use some pictures and I have more time since we have only 34 minutes left on this computer.

On Friday we planned the Caribic tour with Wimpy. It's a nice guy and what we have seen in his other tour (the Ecotour) he is doing a damn good job with his tours. You see things other tours do not show you.

This is it for today. I will post soon again. Geo is going to sport within half an hour and Cyn and I are going to read something in the sun.

Cheers,

Joyce

Still at home

Hello everybody,

I am still sitting at home. No work.... But there is some process in the situation. I am awaiting a reply about an interview I had and maybe, after the vacation I have another interview.

Now I am home I can clean the whole house, do the grocery shopping, walk and play with Chance and some other things. Here is a video of Chance, trying to catch her pig when I throw it away.

Today I am waiting for George to return from Tilburg and for Cyn her parents to arrive. Geo and Gert-Jan are going to hang the last 2 shutters. FINALLY!! I have to clean my room and that's the last thing I have to do. Than I can clean myself and I am almost ready for the vacation. I hope Gerry wants to walk to the center of Cuijk with me so I can collect Cyn her medicines she needs on vacation. I wanted to do it this morning but Geo had a package which they would be delivering and he did not know when so I had to stay at home for that. I am too good for him ;) .

Actually that's everything I have to say for now. I am feeling a bit weird at the moment. Don't know where to go with my head. There's something wrong but I cannot find out what it is. So that's what I try to figure out. As soon as I know I will let you know.

With love

Joyce

PS: I promised some pictures of the Shutters but those have to wait 'till it's finished.

Chance with friends

Hello everybody,

Here are some video's I want to share with you all:

Chance has besides food a lot of friend and this are 2 of them: Dex and Bo.
Dex is the black one and Bo the brown one. Dex lives nearby and we met Bo on the dog cursus. You can say that Dex is her "boyfriend". haha. They like each other from the beginning and Bo is her play mate. Her biggest friend will always be Brutus because she knows him from when she was still 8 months. But she can play tougher games with the other 2 because they are bigger then Brutus.

Ellen DeGeneres and Pink in the bathroom singing So What

Hello Everybody,

I found this video on YouTube and had to laugh so hard haha

Geo is going to Pennings now for his airco and moving the Mazda because we still have to wait for the batteries to be full. I can't do anything but wait now so that's what I am doing.

Enjoy the video

Cheers

A sunny Tuesday

Hello everybody,

It's been a while but here I am again.
This morning we removed Chance her stitches and it looks wonderful. She is her old self again.

Cyn is at Disneyland Paris with Eva. Having a great time I hope but what I read in her blog she IS having a great time what is a good thing. Tonight we will pick her up with my car at Eva's place. I am thinking about taking Chance with us again so she can play with Jumper again.

George and I are working on the shutters again today. We did the first one yesterday (with some help from Tiny). Today we want to do the second one but we have to wait for the batteries to be full again. they were both empty so we cannot do anything at the moment. So now I can play a bit with my laptop, post some replies on Cyn her blog. I did the groceryshopping already.

I am gonna post this now and kick Geo outside so he can remove that brick which has to be gone for the second shutter.

I will post soon again with a picture of the shutters and our good work

With love

Chance

Hello everybody,

Here is (blurry) picture of Chance on the backseat of the Honda. George and I are taking her home now. The laparscopie operation went well. They told us that after the operation we had t wait for 1,5 hour before we could take her home but after half an hour she was awake alread. So we received a phonecal that she was ready to go home. You could see she was dizzy when she walked towards us. But when she saw me her taill was in the air. She was happy to see us again I think.

She has to recover today and tomorrow she can jump and play again But.... No swimming for a week.

With love

Looking for a job

Hello everybody,

Today it's Monday. My second official workless day. Friday was the first and on that day I got a phonecall where in they told me they weren't giving me the job at Quantore. They don't know what they are missing. I felt like shit on Friday but now I am all over it. They don't deserve me... Right?

On Friday and today I send 2 other mails about a vacancy and I hope they will reply soon. For the one on Friday (Sligro in Haps) I've got a confirmation of my mail already. For today's mail I did not hear a thing yet. But it's only a few minutes ago since I send this one. Why takes waiting so much time? The vacancy of today is about a helping drivers with loading, their papers and stuff like that. I did that already for 2 years at Talke Nederland and at DHL I prepared the papers for the drivers, but I did not have contact with them. But well, it's what I really like to do so I so hope they want me to have a conversation with them. I am keeping my ers crossed.

I have to leave soon. Cyn smsed me if I wanted to come to Laco so we can go to AH for grocery shopping for today. We need to eat something tonight right.

I will be back.

With love

Joyce
